This is a Refurbished/Used Spa NOT a brand new spa. Please be aware, we sell good quality used, refurbished, and/or custom built spas. As they are not new spas, they may have imperfections such as scratches in the acrylic and/or siding, mismatched jet inserts, missing knobs, ect., however none of these imperfections affect the function of the spas. Every spa we sell runs and functions properly and don't leak. We make sure the spas run at 104 degrees and all jets have proper pressure. Some spas may have lights in them, the smaller lights may have some lights that do not work. If you are not okay with your spa having possible siding discoloration, worn spa covers, acrylic scratches and/or chips around the edges then a used spa may not be the right choice for you. However, if you are looking for a great spa that is affordable and imperfections don't bother you, Spa Kings is the place to be! We do highly encourage anyone looking to purchase a spa with us to come by our facility located at 125 Payne Rd, Starr, SC 29624 and browse our selection to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your spa purchase. But if you don't want to drive out and want to get quoted for the spa to be delivered we can send you detailed in depth photos and videos of the spa running, not leaking etc. As we buy used inventory, there are constantly different options to choose from. When you purchase a spa with us, you can buy with confidence! We check each spa thoroughly. Some of our spas require new wood framing, plumbing, jets, heaters, and pumps. We make sure each issue is fixed correctly and every hot tub leaves this shop in complete working order. However, please be aware, during the transport and moving process things can be wiggled loose or broken. We are not Responsible for things that happen during transport and is usually something very minor. FILTERS DONT NOT COME WITH SPA! the filter that likely came with the spa was nasty and dirty so we recommend buying new to prevent issues. ACCESSORIES DO NOT COME WITH THE SPA/HOT TUB.(Accessories include covers, cover assist rails, steps, FILTERS and sometimes missing jet inserts. These must be purchased separately!!) If the spa/hot tub you purchase is missing jet inserts, this is considered a cosmetic issue. We are happy to replace jet inserts, however this will need to be requested in advance as we have to order them. At time of delivery, we don’t require you to have 220V wiring in place or your area completely ready and prepped as we understand some customers want to place the spa before building additions, or running the electrical, We do NOT include wiring of any sort with any spa, but we can run wire and do full electrical installs which will be quoted for a final quote in person once seeing and measuring. Once our delivery team arrives with your spa they will place it in the spot you have set for the spa to be placed. Our delivery team will rinse/wash your spa before completely setting the spa up as they can get dirty from transporting them due to wind debris and the equipment we use. Please note, we require the site for your spa to be ready to go when our delivery team arrives! If it is not and adjustments must be made by us to your area or a spa needs to be removed THERE WILL BE A FEE. After your spa/hot tub is delivered, the install team will come to wire your spa if that is needed. Please be aware, wiring hook up for your spa/hot tub will be scheduled separately from the delivery. The install team may take up to 3 weeks to get your spa/hot tub wired. If you need your spa/hot tub filled and wired in and do a complete start to finish set up, there will be additional fees and that is handled by our Install team not our delivery team. Our price for 220 wiring Installs range from $1100 to $2500 depending on materials and labor. If you already have your spa wiring in place and need us to hook your spa up and fill your spa/hot tub it is $375 Charge. We are a CASH based business! This means we purchase our spas in cash and any spa purchases are preferred in cash. Purchasing our spas in cash will get you the best possible deal, however we can accept other forms of payment such as Zelle, Cash app, Paypal or Venmo but we charge a 3.75% processing fee. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS, OR CHECKS!!
